2011 

 Wilden Lane mx Track

Paul wants to see Josh in a race enviroment so we head for Kidderminster, the track looks good considering the rain we've had but Josh says it's going to get rough and he wasn't wrong!!

Practice goes well and every one seems happy Paul spends time with Josh talking racing

 
Moto 1--Josh is 5th off the line and considering he's only been out on the 450 three times. He's riding well and manages to get past someone and moves upto 4th but there are some very quick experienced riders out there, the race leader spins out promoting Josh to 3rd and thats how it finishes
 
  
 
Moto 2--  as the track gets rough it makes the going very tough and Josh comes around a corner gives it a handfull of throttle the bike steps out and spits him off he gets back on and carry's on only to make the same mistake again (ouch)  but like a true racer he gets back on and finishes

 

 

 Moto 3--Josh has his best start of the day 3rd off the line but by now the track is rougher and Josh seems to be struggling and to make things worse it turns icey and a hail shower comes from nowhere .Paul is at the bottom of the track and pulls Josh off the track (he wants Josh to see how the quicker boys do a part of the track.) but as one of them comes into view he snaps an axle and is lucky not to have a massive off

Not forgetting this was Josh's first race on the 450, we were all pleased  he has a lot to learn, and with a great tutor like Paul Winrow everything is possible

Sunday 13 /11 /2011 Josh picks up his practice bike and has a training day with his Mentor Paul . This was only Josh's 2nd time on a 450 and Paul soon had his confidence up, Josh had a really good time "It was a good laugh and I learnt loads in only one day"Nice one Paul we look forward to the next one

Josh would like to take this oppertunity to thank all his sponsors in 2011 who have all helped him get where he is today especially all the team at E.D.R  and of course Ed who gave Josh an engine (that we think) payed a huge part in getting him noticed in this succesful year
